After that, things will get a little bit harder for the aides because they will now be learning more about how to use equipment. They now have to learn to handle some medical equipment because they will be using a lot of that while they are there. They will be helping the elderly make use of these medical equipment such as ventilators, IV, or other types of equipment that the center has.

There are going to be times when a patient might fall down by accident or have shortness of breath which means that the aides always have to be ready.
